Interesting story, Goffrey. I remember being roped in to administer such a beating once when I was in high school too. I actually intended to dish out my share of the beatings too, but when I saw the first set of blows land and how the guys in question just stood and took their beating, I realised how horrible we (the beaters) were being, and I didn't throw any licks... I didn't try to stop the beating though, perhaps because I thought they might turn around and drop some licks on me.

The story works, but you have lived through this, so your words mean a lot to me.
