And then boom—someone decided to tell a lie. They claimed the video had “excessive gore and violence.” As someone who prides himself on telling the truth and protecting our children, I find this deeply offensive. TikTok flagged my content— yet allows millions of lies about Marcus Garvey to go unchecked. Don’t worry—my next video is about this. This isn’t about guidelines. This is about the truth. This is about erasure. It’s about the discomfort some feel when Black voices are heard— when we speak history with clarity. Every word in that video was either from a scholarly source or from The Philosophy and Opinions of Marcus Garvey. I do not promote violence. Every video that I’ve posted is about Marcus Garvey and trying to repair the damage that’s been done to his name and legacy for almost a hundred years.
