Through Give Back Jamaica Inc., Hopeton is meeting real needs with dignity and purpose. This is how we build a nation—together. Support the mission. Honor the work. At every school I visit here in Jamaica— with the Read Aloud Program— while I’m teaching the children about Marcus Garvey, Hopeton Brown is there—quietly, powerfully— putting shoes on their feet. I’ve seen it with my own eyes. Children in rural schools—bright, eager, and determined— wearing shoes held together with rubber bands. But they still show up. They still want to learn. And Hopeton is making it a little bit easier for them. I’m sharing Garvey’s vision. He’s making sure these kids can walk in it.
